Volunteer Locations

We welcome volunteers at our retail stores in Ann Arbor, Dearborn, Livonia, Woodhaven, Ypsilanti, Canton, Commerce, Southfield and Madison Heights, as well as at our Detroit warehouse. See locations here.

Volunteers assist with tasks such as stocking shelves, sorting donations, and moving furniture.

Every sale made in our retail stores helps to fund the many programs and services that Goodwill offers. You can learn more about these programs here.

How to Get Started

Simply Sign up to volunteer by completing the form below. You can sign up as an individual or a group. Only one representative needs to register for your group. Volunteer slots are limited, so early registration is encouraged. Once your application is approved, we will contact you to schedule your first volunteer shift.
