Meet Raul Soto
Vice President of Human Resources
Raul Soto joined Goodwill on June 20, 2023 as vice president of human resources and organizational development.
Raul has decades of experience in the technology and manufacturing fields, along with federal service, most recently at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington D.C., where he optimized the talent attraction process for women in technology and for indigenous and under-represented individuals. He also served on the White House Council for Women and Girls, focused on economic empowerment and domestic abuse prevention.
As an executive over the past 25 years, Raul has led a variety of industry HR specializations in the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, South America and the United States for such leading Fortune 100 companies as AlliedSignal, Visteon, Varity Kelsey-Hayes, United Technologies and ArcelorMetal.
Raul is an honors graduate in computer science and economics from the University of Texas-Pan American and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, specializing in human resources and international business.
