Supports Coordination Services
Goodwill’s Supports Coordination Services are for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These services take place in their community.
Each person establishes a Person-Centered Plan of Service (PCPS). This plan develops social networks and encourages support from family and the community.
This plan aims to:
Identify the person’s needs and goals.
Match the person’s needs with the correct services.
Schedule all appointments and meetings.
Address any concerns about the person’s work and housing situation.
For additional employment and training assistance, other Goodwill programs are also available. This includes Skill Building, supported employment services and other job training programs. Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit is a barrier-free facility.
