Have you shopped at Goodwill of Greater Detroit for any summer goods? Show off your find on Instagram for a chance to win one of three prizes in Goodwill gift cards. Read rules below:

Eligibility:

The Goodwill of Greater Detroit Summer Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Goodwill of Greater Detroit and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements:

  • Share a photo or reel of your favorite summer finds purchased from any of the six Goodwill of Greater Detroit retail locations – Dearborn, Livonia, Commerce, Canton, Woodhaven or Ypsilanti.
  • Tag @goodwilldet in your post.
  • Use the hashtag #goodwilldetsummer in your caption.
  • Ensure your Instagram profile is set to “public” during the contest period.

Entry Period:

The contest begins on July 17, 2023 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on July 30, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST.

Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

Prize:

  • Three (3) winners will be randomly selected of all eligible entries.
  • Each winner will receive a $100 Goodwill of Greater Detroit gift card, redeemable at any of the six Goodwill of Greater Detroit retail locations – Dearborn, Livonia, Commerce, Canton, Woodhaven or Ypsilanti.

Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winners will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the entry period.
  • The winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within seven (7) days after the contest ends.
  • The winners must respond within seven (7) days after being notified and provide their full name, email address and phone number for prize fulfillment.
  • If the winners do not respond within the specified timeframe or fail to provide the requested information, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Fulfillment:

The $100 Goodwill of Greater Detroit gift card will be provided by email and is redeemable at any of the six Goodwill of Greater Detroit retail locations – Dearborn, Livonia, Commerce, Canton, Woodhaven or Ypsilanti.

Publicity:

By participating in the contest, you grant Goodwill of Greater Detroit the right to use your Instagram username, submitted photo and associated content for promotional purposes related to the contest, without further compensation.

  • Goodwill of Greater Detroit reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the official rules or fails to meet eligibility criteria.
  • Goodwill of Greater Detroit reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time and for any reason.
