Goodwill's Green Works
Goodwill’s Green Works, Inc. is a new Detroit-based subsidiary of Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit. Green Works officially began operations on January 4, 2010 in the 94,000 sq. ft. facility.
Green Works offers cost-saving, environmentally/friendly asset recovery services to customers such as DTE Energy and is the first stand alone free enterprise venture undertaken by Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit. Goodwill’s Green Works, Inc. was selected as one of Corp! Magazine’s 2010 Michigan Economic Bright Spot Award Winners. (June, 2010). Goodwill’s Green Works, Inc. was also featured on Fox 2 Detroit News in a story about our ‘Flip The Script’ program.
