Goodwill offers industrial, janitorial and job placement
services to the business community, while providing paid
work experience for hundreds of Goodwill Trainees.
Our Industrial Services Work Center, Ben & Jerry's At-Risk
Youth Vocational Training Center and other training
environments provide countless opportunities for trainees to
gain transitional work experience. This "Learning Lab"
environment offers individuals a setting where they can
practice the soft skills they have been learning in their
classroom activities, while earning a paycheck. With
this model, trainees thrive in a non-threatening
environment, where making mistakes do not mean failure. |

truck wells enhance our ability to meet just-in-time
delivery requirements. Goodwill currently ships over
1.6 million parts monthly, or nearly 20 million
parts on an annual basis.
