Mission

We aim to inspire and enable Metro Detroit’s young people to make a positive and lasting impact on the region’s success through service, leadership and innovation.

We hope to see the young people of Metro Detroit will develop effective leadership skills and appreciation for service as they become involved as advocates and leaders in supporting Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit’s efforts to help the region become trained, trusted and ready to work.

Objectives & Goals

To collectively engage young people in projects with Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit that are challenging, rewarding and educational.
To expose, explain, and develop solutions for the unmet needs of the unemployed community.
To promote among young people a greater understanding of the barriers facing the Metro Detroit community.
To inspire and encourage a lifetime ethic of service among young people.
