Responsible and accountable for leadership, design, development, and planning for quality, outcome based comprehensive skill building, psychosocial (clubhouse) rehabilitation and supports coordination services for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental disabilities.  Ensures program models incorporate person centered and community based service principles. Oversees monitoring of contract and grant implementation to ensure achievement of performance measurement outcomes.  Develops contracts, grant and proposal applications to deliver effective behavioral health services in accordance with the organization’s strategic and business plans.  Responsible for staff hiring, professional development, and supervision.  Ensures continuous service quality improvement, services marketing and departmental focus on customer service excellence
