Flip the Script

Flip the Script is a revolutionary and overwhelmingly successful outcome based multi-dimensional minority male focused “wholelistic” empowerment program. Flip the Script primary focus is to systematically prepare minority men ages 18-30 who reside in the City of Detroit and Wayne County for non traditional career tracks including the Skills/Building/Construction trades industry, by providing gender and cultural specific essential math, reading, social, and life skills. The program is an intensive curriculum centered on training and/or retraining participants in the critical areas of mathematics, reading enrichment, positive relationship development, fatherhood, workplace ethics and “the other 16 hours” that are important to becoming economically self-sufficient and a positive head of household. Flip the Script produces in most cases a “new and better man”!
