Job description: Assist in the coordination, monitoring and
tracking of programmatic outcomes and goals. Will assist in the
maintenance and creation of value added soft skills instruction
curriculum, the development and delivery of support service and
training for all programs. Assist with the supervision of the
Oakland County Programs.
Job requirements:
This job
requires a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience.
Specific requirements: This job has some special
requirements. You must possess a private drivers license and undergo
a reference or security check.
Additional requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a human
service or business related field preferred. Two years experience
working with performance based workforce development programs.
Experience in coordinating and supervising human services programs –
Workforce Program a plus. Able to work for long periods of time.
Able to independently ambulate. Travel required between service
sites. Ability to travel to agency required meetings. Must have a
valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and reliable
