Job description:Coordinates the assigned work activities of the employees and trainees.  Maintains records of work for reporting and payroll purposes.  Performs direct labor tasks as required. Provides backup assistance and/or coverage for shift supervisor.
 
Job requirements:High School diploma or equivalent preferred.  One year experience working Janitorial indoor and outdoor settings required.  
 
Specific requirements:Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.  Must be able to lift, climb, bend and squat repeatedly and for long periods of time.  Excellent hand and eye coordination.  Must be able to lift more than 25 pounds.  Must be able to adapt to seasonal weather conditions and work in inclement weather.  Must be able to work flexible hours including afternoons, weekends, holidays and extended shifts as needed.
 
Additional requirements:Combination of outdoor and indoor janitorial work year round during multiple weather extremes. Exposure to heat, cold, rain and snow.  Possible varying work locations based on customer requirements. Must pass customer required background check and drug screening. No prior convictions. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, extended hours and holidays.  Only candidates with the experience requirements will be reviewed.
