Job description:Plans, directs, controls and coordinates the activities of the assigned work area. Ensures and monitors compliance to established productivity and quality levels.
 
Job requirements:Two (2) years experience in janitorial, maintenance or related area of work. 

Specific requirements:1. Ability to read and write policy, procedures and instructions.
2. Ability to analyze and compile data.
3. Ability to schedule, train, supervise and inspect job tasks
assigned to workers.
4.  Able to adjust work hours to accommodate work priorities and         
scheduling including weekends and holidays.  Must be able to operate janitorial and production equipment. Working indoors/outdoors year round including inclement weather conditions.
 
Additional requirements:Must possess valid Michigan driver's license with a good driving record, proof of insurance and means of transportation.  Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, extended hours and holidays.  Must pass customer required background check and drug screening, No prior convictions.
