Job description:Under the direction of the General Manager of Business Development, the position is responsible for overseeing and implementing a janitorial program on customer’s site to facilitate competitive employment for Goodwill Employment and Training program graduates. Site Manager is responsible for all workers, all shifts, all work and all schedules.     
 
Job requirements:High school diploma or GED certificate.  College degree preferred. Five years experience in custodial or janitorial services.  Experience supervising and directing employees.  Knowledge of developing competitive custodial/janitorial bids.
 
Specific requirements:Must be able to travel between contract and meeting sites in the community. Must possess valid Michigan driver's license with a good driving record, proof of insurance and means of transportation.  Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, extended hours and holidays.  Must be able to obtain Chauffeur’s license.  Willing to work a flexible schedule as needed. Must pass customer required background check and drug screening.
